The IT SuccessFactors Support Expert ensures the stable operation, service quality, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape from an IT perspective while enabling HR to deliver efficient, compliant, and employee‑centric people processes. This role bridges IT and HR, safeguards system integrity, supports the digital HR strategy, and ensures that technology effectively enables workforce planning, talent development, and organizational performance.
