Job Description
Responsibilities
- You are responsible to assist the departments n the operation of all computer hardware and / or software installation and maintenance.
- Serve as secondary contact for all servicing of computer PC hardwareand / or software.
- Responsible for managing technology/asset life-cycle.Ensures that necessary equipment (PCs servers telecom-related etc.) is ordered and available.
- Accountable for disaster recovery and business continuity as it relates to technology.
- Foresees identifies and resolves system(s) performance problems
- Ensures technology assets are secure and well-maintained in accordance with Sofitel policies and standards
- Data Communication
- Installs monitors maintains telecommunications equipment including cabling and providing technical guidance as needed.
- Performs adds/moves/changes/deletions.
- Supports end-use company provided mobile phone issues.
