Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support hotel IT infrastructure including servers, network, Wi‑Fi, PCs, printers, and end‑user devices.
- Maintain and monitor hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, IPTV, door lock systems, telephony, and related integrations.
- Provide first and second‑level technical support to hotel departments and guests.
- Ensure data security, backups, antivirus protection, and compliance with company IT standards.
