Insight Global is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for it's technology consulting client in Renothat will be responsible for providing tier 1 and 2 customer support for a range of IT-related issues. This will be a hybrid opportunity requiring 4 days/week onsite.

Key duties include troubleshooting Computer hardware/Software issues, iPhones/iPads and Mifi devices, Mac OS, applications, networks, and operating systems. This role involves delivering IT training to new hires, maintaining IT documentation, managing onsite hardware inventory, and ensuring computers are updated with current Microsoft updates and security software. The analyst will also create new hire accounts in AD Manager and handle account and equipment termination procedures when employees leave. Issues that require advanced expertise are escalated to appropriate personnel.
