As an IT Support Analyst you will provide first-line support to users, ensuring all incidents and requests are logged, tracked and resolved efficiently via phone, email, chat or self-service channels. You will deliver a responsive, customer-focused service, resolving issues directly where possible and collaborating with wider technology teams when needed.
Key responsibilities include supporting starters, leavers and movers, assisting with onboarding and inductions and performing regular scheduled tasks. You will also manage office desk setups and moves, maintain asset stock levels and liaise with vendors to ensure availability.
