Job Summary:
Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person. Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.).
