Dispatch Details – Rack & Stack / Data Center Support Activity
Activity Date: 27th May 2026
Scope of Work:
- Perform Rack & Stack activities for 4 Servers and 2 Firewalls
- Mount and install servers and firewalls in rack environment
- Support cable routing, cable dressing, and cable management activities
- Install rack cage nuts and ensure proper hardware mounting
- Coordinate with remote teams during implementation and validation activities
- Support console connectivity and basic verification using laptop and console cable
- Perform labeling activities for installed devices and cables
- Validate physical connectivity and support troubleshooting if required
- Ensure proper rack organization and implementation completion updates
Required Tools to Carry:
- Putty Installed on Laptop
- Headset for coordination with remote team
