Our partner, a fast-growing Greek IoT company, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their operations and field support team. The ideal candidate will support hardware devices and platform functionality, ensuring smooth integration and reliable operation of our smart infrastructure solutions — such as smart waste management, fleet tracking, and sensor networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st Level Support to end customers and partners via e-mail and phone
- Offer instructions and technical guidance to end users
- Perform technical administration and manage incidents using internal tools or ticketing platforms
- Provide technical support for IoT devices and connectivity issues (GSM, APNs, signal quality, diagnostics)
- Configure and test IoT devices and integrate them with cloud platforms
