Roles & Responsibilities:- System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and related peripheral devices to support project teams.
- Critical On‑Site IT Support : Provide first‑level on‑site IT support on a rotational shift, including public holidays (7 am to 3 pm / 3 pm to 11 pm), ensuring operational uptime of essential systems.
