Roles & Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Configuration: Assist in the installation and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and related peripheral devices to support project teams.
- Critical On-Site IT Support: Provide first-level on-site IT support on a rotational shift, including public holidays (7 am to 3 pm / 3 pm to 11 pm), ensuring operational uptime of essential systems.
