As an IT Support Engineer, you'll work on a variety of projects and assist in the delivery of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are running smoothly, including Active Directory and Windows Server. You will also be tasked with managing our wireless network, creating new device drivers, and writing code to improve performance or functionality across devices. In this role, you will interact directly with clients in order to solve their technical issues as quickly as possible. In addition, you'll have access to several internal support tools such as Service Now for incident management or Azure Management Suite for remote desktop administration.
