We're looking for a hands-on (1st Line) IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team supporting warehouse operations. You'll provide first-line IT support, maintain systems uptime, and ensure colleagues have the tools they need to work effectively.
What you'll do:
Deliver responsive onsite IT support for hardware, software, and bespoke systems.Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and cabling.Log, manage, and escalate service desk tickets while keeping users informed.Support IT projects, system rollouts, and process improvements.Who you are:
