IT Support Engineer needed in South East London Paying £19.46 per hr ref 5270445

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • ey Responsibilities Take ownership of and resolve IT support calls in line with SLAs.
    Provide on-site support across all supported sites.
    Deliver, collect, and manage end-user equipment, including office moves and hardware repairs.
    Participate in technical projects and virtual teams to implement infrastructure changes.
    Provide out-of-hours and weekend support when required.
    Accurately document technical fixes and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
    Maintain clear and comprehensive call resolution records for analysis and customer feedback.
    Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
