Job Description
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices).
- Support Microsoft environment including user accounts, email, and access management.
- Handle network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity).
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level).
- Basic experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user management, permissions).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows environments.
- Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting ERP or business applications.
- Understanding of backup systems and data protection.
