Job Summary
The IT Support Engineer provides comprehensive Level 1 to 3 technical support both remotely and on-site. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining hardware/software, managing IT infrastructure, liaising with vendors, and supporting system deployments for new projects. The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with enterprise systems, and the capability to work in a bilingual environment, particularly within industries such as construction or engineering.
Key Responsibilities and Activities- Provide Level 1 to 3 remote and on-site IT technical support, diagnosing and resolving user issues efficiently.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals for new and existing users.
- Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including firewalls, servers, network devices, NAS, CCTV, AV systems, access control systems, and industry-specific applications.
