Job Description: Perform daily IT support to end-users in troubleshooting and resoleving of desktop problems performing installation , setup, configuratio, migration and upgrading of desktop, laptops and printers Setup, install, maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot PC/hardware/software/LAN & networ, etc Maintain server and network in Microsoft Environment Manange IT asset lists Server data backup and recovery Manage network capacity and emai administration such as creating / maintaining user IDs and eamil address Provide UAT (User Acceptance Test) to various system/ server/application Assist in the procurement of hardware, software, telecommunication, audiovisual/office equipment Actively participate and support IT related projects Liaise and work with external vendors for the delivery and support Induct and train user in IT applications, advice and educate users on IT basic procedure Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time ...
