Roles & Responsibilities:- System Implementation & Configuration : Assist in the installation and configuration of PCs, workstations, operating systems, applications, and related peripheral devices to support project teams.
- Critical On-Site IT Support : Provide first-level on-site IT support on a 24x7 rotational shift, including public holidays (10 am to 10 pm / 10 pm to 10 am), ensuring operational uptime of essential systems.
