We are looking for a hands‑on IT Support Executive to support office operations, retail outlets, and digital platforms. This role offers a broad scope, combining IT support, POS and system support, e‑commerce operations, and marketing assistance within a fast‑paced retail and F&B environment.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
IT Support & Systems- Provide day‑to‑day IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Perform routine security checks, antivirus updates, and system diagnostics.
- Act as the Data Protection Officer (PDPA‑related duties).
- Maintain IT documentation, including PC inventory and system/network diagrams.
