Job Description
Provide first‑level technical support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and systems.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and password‑related requests.
Perform system updates, backups, and antivirus administration.
Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation, and incident logs.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
Support business‑related technology projects, including advertising systems, card payment terminals, DuitNow, e‑wallet integrations, and other digital initiatives.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously enhance technical knowledge.
