Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 and 2 troubleshooting and support to corporate and store users.
- Act as the point of contact with local and HQ IT team in South Korea to ensure communication, reporting and implementation of IT solutions smoothly.
- Install, administer and configure systems (desktop, laptop, mobile devices and etc.).
- Liaise, manage and work with external vendors for maintenance and services.
- Assist on training and onboarding / off‑boarding of staff.
- Ensure the firmware (e.g. laptop, desktop and etc.) is up to date.
- Maintain and manage IT assets.
- Develop, establish and maintain SOP and documentation for any IT related tasks.
- Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
