PLEASE NOTE: This position is in Mandeni North of Stanger
Purpose of the role:
- Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems.
- Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users.
- Assist at help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems. Basic LAN and WiFi trouble shooting.
- Be responsible for writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies.
- Time to time work in other technological areas, as and when instructed by management.
