Job Description
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu devices.
- Work with IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Administration and Networking.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain and manage IT assets and equipment.
- Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
- Available for a part-time internship (at least 3 days per week) for a minimum duration of 6 months.
- Basic experience in deploying enterprise desktops (Windows, Ubuntu, macOS) and related software (e.g., antivirus, Adobe, Microsoft 365).
- Basic knowledge of mobile device setup (iOS/Android), including email and business applications.
- Familiarity with any programming language is an advantage.
