Key Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners.Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more)Responding in a timely manner to service users' issues and requests.Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.Willing to work in the Suntec Tower 1 (HQ) and also Warehouse located at Pandan Ave.Essential requirements:
