    • We are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to work with our multiple clients here in Adelaide.

    The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience in IT
  • Experience with Microsoft Server & Windows operating systems including Virtualisation
  • Experience with technical presales
  • Experience with server migrations
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with office 365
  • Configuration/Support of Backup Software/Solutions
  • Configuration/Support of VOIP Products
  • Experience in the use/configuration of Remote Monitoring & Management Software. (Halo and Ninja)
  • Solid networking foundation required to support core network services; TCP/IP, PPP, ADSL, NBN, SNMP, L2TP, Routing, Firewalling and Switching.
