Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe. To cope with their business growth and expansion, they are now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.

  • Provide 1st level technical support to end-users with professional advices and timely manner
  • Monitor the performance of Microsoft AD, Exchange infrastructure and its related architectures such as DNS, Group Policy
  • Participate and provide necessary support on other infrastructure systems as assigned
  • Prepare documentation, test plan and customer configuration for the projects
  • Conduct operational training and technical briefing to end-users
  • Perform ad hoc or emergency call out service when required
    • Requirement: :
  • High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 1+ year of working experience in administrating Microsoft systems, including Windows 2008 AD / Exchange 2010
