Job Description
We are looking for a IT Support Officer to assist in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure of our production units in Sialkot. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with basic IT knowledge who is eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure network uptime, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support production floor systems.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Infrastructure Support
- Assist in monitoring firewalls, WiFi access points, LAN, and WAN connectivity.
- Help maintain 99.9% uptime on production floor networks under supervision.
- Support basic VLAN, subnetting, and VPN configurations.
- Report ISP link issues and assist in failover testing.
Systems Administration Support
- Perform routine checks on Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP) and Linux servers.
