About the job
As IT support officer you monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of INDEFF.
You’re the first point of contact for all IT- related questions from your colleagues.
Some of your responsibilities:
a. Managing and maintaining all internal IT related systems:
To watch over and maintain all our IT related infrastructure and our applications, such as: Okta, Office 365 suite (mail, sharepoint, teams…), Box, VMware vSphere, laptops…Regular checks on security, perform internal audits.User support b. Training within your competence area:
IT onboarding of new employeesProviding basic user training c. Giving expert advice:
Keep your knowledge up to date in your specific competence areaProviding support to the INDEFF staff About You
