This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who enjoys solving day-to-day IT problems, supporting users, and working across infrastructure, Microsoft environments, and operational IT support.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and resolving IT support tickets (onsite and remote)
- Providing first-line support for day-to-day user issues including password resets, Microsoft 365 support, printer issues, connectivity problems, laptop troubleshooting, and general IT assistance
