IT Support & Operations Associate

Company's Background Effissimo Capital Management Pte Ltd is a fund management firm based in Singapore. We are seeking an IT Support & Operations Associate to support and execute day-to-day office IT operations, including IT infrastructure, cloud environment, cybersecurity, compliance, telephony and communication systems, as well as meeting room equipment and conferencing systems, and other technology-related matters. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English are required, as the role involves frequent communication in Japanese with business stakeholders in Japan, including meetings, email correspondence, and documentation. The role requires hands-on experience and a strong understanding of office IT infrastructure, Microsoft cloud environments including Azure and Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, PBX and telephony systems, as well as conferencing systems such as Zoom and Teams.
