IT SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST

Location: Port Chester, NY 10573

Duration: 12+ Months



This role supports operational IT services, security tools, and cross-platform integrations across municipal departments.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage ITSM tools (ServiceDesk Plus)

  • Support endpoint security platforms

  • Administer MFA systems

  • Support surveillance systems (Genetec, cameras)

  • Maintain documentation and compliance records

  • Assist with system integrations




Required Skills:


  • IT service management tools

  • Security tools (EDR/XDR)

  • Identity and access tools

  • Strong troubleshooting skills
