About the roleFor TECS (Turner Engine Control Solutions), we are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to strengthen the team in Hoofddorp. This role is fully focused on user support and day-to-day IT operations. You will be the go-to person for colleagues who need technical assistance and ensure that systems, devices, and applications run smoothly.
This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) and requires on-site presence.
What you will do
Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users (mainly NL/EU colleagues)
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, hardware, and user environments
Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, basic admin tasks)
Troubleshoot issues with devices, software, and connectivity
