A leading cargo industry player is looking out for an IT Support professional.
The Role:
- Provide on-site IT support for computers, mobile devices, tablets and printers.
- Support the remote switch configurations and testing.
- Support switches disconnection, dismount and mount to rack, patching, cabling which will be done by local provider.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Requirements
- A minimum vocational certificate in IT or related studies.
- Willing to undertake a 3/6/12 month contract with the possibility of an extension.
- Some prior experience in IT support and administration.
- Knowledge in hardware and software systems.
- Basic network skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
