Support educational institutions as an IT Support Technician. Focus on resolving hardware and software issues while providing essential classroom and campus technology support.
In this capacity, the IT Support Technician will collaborate with the IT Support Supervisor to ensure responsive user support for students and staff. Key duties comprise troubleshooting technical issues, managing system deployments across campuses, and participating in ongoing IT projects to enhance user experience and team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and document technical support requests
• Maintain and deploy office and lab systems
• Provide AV and classroom tech support
• Collaborate on IT initiatives and improvements
• Offer after-hours monitoring as part of team rotation
Requirements:
• IT diploma/degree preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
