Job Title: IT Support Technician (Fresher)

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
* Assist in setting up and managing company IT infrastructure.
* Ensure smooth operation of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
* Support end-users with basic IT queries and provide training when necessary.
* Maintain documentation of IT assets and user issues.
Requirements:
* Education: Diploma in IT or a related field.
* Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or training is a plus.
* Skills: Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and IT systems.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Other: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
