Key Responsibilities
End-User & Technical Support
- Provide first-line support for staff on computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, network access, and basic Wi‑Fi issues.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and user account access.
- Log, track, and follow up on support requests, escalating issues where necessary.
Systems, Data & Asset Management
- Create, update, and maintain IT asset inventories (devices, peripherals, licenses).
- Maintain secure and up-to-date databases of system logins, access credentials, and software allocations.
- Assist with archiving digital files and emails in line with organisational policies.
- Support the clean‑up and decommissioning of deprecated or unused systems, accounts, and software.
