Duties:
As an IT Support Technician II, you will be using your skills and expertise to provide computer, hardware, and software support to our employees, with specific focus on the executive team. Providing white glove service, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software, servicing, installing, and repairing computers and associated peripherals. Additional support of conference rooms and meeting support of executive level meetings will be required.
