Role & Responsibilities
To support the Group on various IT requirements that includes to design, deploy and maintain IT solutions that include infrastructure, applications and mobile computing devices which are delivered through Desktop Management Services. Deliver top notch support services to the VIPs / top management executives as well as Home support, in accordance with the Group's standards and strategies. Ensure that infrastructure, applications and mobile computing device services meet the terms of the Service Level Agreements with the Group. This includes managing the CCTVs, PABX system support, Intercom entry system support Configure and manage network switches, firewall, enterprise wifi system (eg. Ruckus) Configure and manage Network Area Storage (NAS) Familiar and able to troubleshoot iOS related issues.
