Strong understanding of SAGEx3 security principles and best practices. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting SAGEx3-related issues and providing user support. Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and databases. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., Sage Certifications) will be considered a plus.
