Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring preventive maintenance and system reliability.
- Administer firewall devices, NAS, file servers, backups, shared storage systems, and CCTV connectivity.
- Oversee IT asset management and coordinate with vendors for procurement and support.
- Implement and support business systems and technology upgrades to improve efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Operate effectively in small to medium-sized company environments or stand-alone IT setups.
