Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
• Provides Talent Acquisition support for a specific function or defined area(s) of the organization.
• May focus on broad-based Talent Acquisition or deliver results through Campus / Early Career or Contract Management efforts.
• Joins in local and/or broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required.
Talent Acquisition / External Recruiting
• Partners with assigned hiring leaders to assess and determine staffing needs and appropriate sourcing strategy,
• Creates and maintains job postings on internal and external websites, job boards, and social media sites
• Attracts, sources and screens applicants; keeping candidate experience top of mind
• Provides guidance to hiring leaders on appropriate sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
• Presents relevant suitable candidates to the hiring leader for consideration.
