Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Leaders, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Source and attract top talent through Linked In Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
