Overview
The Digital Extended Enterprise (DMT) enables efficient and secured collaboration between Airbus Business Functions, Digital Domain and External Partners (Suppliers, Customers, Affiliates, authorities) from design to manufacturing and aftersales support of an aircraft, through controlled and monitored end-to-end services. The objective is to deploy the Extended Enterprise (EE) standard solutions across Airbus business functions, externalizing subcontracted activities by providing necessary access to applications and data to External Partners while ensuring governance and monitoring.
A Business Relationship Manager (BRM) within DMTE is the single point of contact for various Airbus functions. The BRM defines, organizes and implements EE solutions to achieve business-led Extended Enterprise programs concerning or impacting Airbus supply chain.
