Job Description
Provide enterprise-level assistance to our user. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help user to install applications and programs. Monitor and maintain the computer systems, Server, and networks of an organization. You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and applications problem.
Qualifications
- Post‑Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and client/server technology.
- Experience in Firewall management.
- Knowledge of server and network security devices.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server 2012 and newer operating systems (patching, backup, monitoring).
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows clustering technologies.
