Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitor and maintains computer systems and networks.
- Respond and solve service issues and request in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support across the company.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Check computer hardware (mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.
- Set up routers, printers, etc. to computers.
- Replace computer parts as required.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Maintains records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
- Company asset monitoring or tagging.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
