IT Technician for User Services Team in the Information Technology Services (Ref.: 536282)
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides central IT services to support the University’s teaching, learning, research and administrative activities. ITS is transforming its organization to support its new strategic development and strategic adoption of new technologies.
The Role
• Providing technical support to end users;
• Ensuring the proper functioning of users’ desktops, laptops, and other devices;
• Working closely with other teams to provide timely and effective solutions to end-user issues;
• Resolving both hardware and software issues; and
• Performing any other duties assigned by CIO or his/her delegates.
