What you’ll do:
Based onsite in our Arnage site and working across multiple French sites, you will help end-users resolve issues with GKN Technology.
Day to day duties will include:
Ensure the processing of incidents and requests via the ticketing toolRespond to user incidents, troubleshoot and diagnose problems and identify solutions with IT equipment and applicationsDeliver agreed changes to local IT configuration, aligning to Global Standards whilst following GKN IT policies and procedures Update knowledge articles after resolutionParticipate in the upgrade of equipment according to the defined life cycleTrain users on IT best practices and cybersecurityManage user accounts (create, modify, delete)Manage local equipment, software and backups
