Job Description
As an IT Technician, you will provide high-quality first-line technical support to staff and students, helping to deliver an outstanding digital learning experience. Working as part of a collaborative IT service team, you will support a wide range of technologies, from classroom devices and AV equipment to cloud-based Microsoft 365 services.
You will be hands‑on, visible, and responsive, resolving issues quickly to minimise disruption to lessons and school operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line support via the IT helpdesk, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Support classroom technology, including interactive displays, AV equipment, and teaching platforms.
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory / Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Assist with network support (Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP) and device deployments. <...
