Position Summary
Provides structured Italian language instruction to SOFA personnel and retirees, supporting cultural integration and language proficiency through classroom lessons and controlled field trips.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct Beginner and Intermediate Italian language courses
- Develop and submit course syllabus, lesson plans, and assessments
- Conduct experiential field trips to support language immersion
- Administer end-of-course tests and track student progression
- Maintain attendance records and submit monthly reports
- Coordinate all schedules and materials with the COR
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Education, Teaching, or Foreign Languages
- Minimum two (2) years experience teaching Italian to adults
