This role involves providing outstanding customer service to Italian‑speaking customers, assisting them with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, payments, and delivery status
- Assist with resolving customer complaints, returns, and refunds efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Stay updated on product catalog, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information
