Role Summary
Senior Finance Analyst – IT & Digital is responsible for providing financial governance and operational support for IT & Digital projects. This role manages project budgets, oversees vendor and contract (SOW) management, handles project cross charges, and ensures effective lifecycle management of software licenses. The position acts as a key business partner to IT project managers, procurement, finance controllers, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Develop, track, and manage annual and project level IT & Digital budgets.
- Monitor actuals vs. forecast, analyse variances, and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure timely financial reporting and cost allocation aligned with Finance policies.
- Support month‑end and quarter‑end closure activities related to IT spend.
